Wealthy Affiliate University Review
Wealthy Affiliate University was established in 2005 by two young students in Computer Science. They combined their studies and their experience in Affiliate – Internet Marketing to make a great community in order to help new and old Internet Marketers find answers to their everyday questions and help them succeed without wasting their valuable time searching around for what is wrong and what is right. Tutorials/courses for are available for everything with step by step high-quality videos and easy to follow instructions.
What I Like
I like that you can start using this service for FREE. Yes, it’s completed free. You have full access to everything for the first 7 days and after that you can remain as a free member with limited access to some features (see membership types below for more info) or if you want to get the most out of it you can upgrade! Professionals, who are offering a service like that for free, is pretty much obvious that they don’t have anything to hide and that they are very confident with the offered services! There are no further or hidden upsells in order to make things work for you.
I also like the mentality of the wealthy affiliate community. Of course, that’s something that starts from the owners/creators. The foundation is very solid and their mission is to HELP everyone succeed! This mentality has been transferred to all members by the structure of Wealthy Affiliate University. Everyone tries his best to … return the favor. Everyone who took advantage of this interactive help/support is seeking the opportunity to give some back to the new members. Anyone who publishes a question as a blog post or in the live chat section get his first reply in almost no time. Someone is always around looking for his chance to offer help. If that is not enough for you, you can still contact the owners DIRECTLY, which is something unusual, especially for communities with over 300,000 members and you will get your reply within the next 24 hours!
Another thing, I like, is the wide variety of the offered tools. You can lay your hands on everything you need to set up a successful business and send it to the top and you can find more and more as you read posts, watch training videos, live webinars etc.
I would also like to mention one of the greatest features! Website creation! Website Creation includes Web Design, Website Hosting, Web Security, Search Engine Optimization Tools and lot’s of other features that give a great experience to your business.
What I don’t Like
A thing, I don’t like is that it’s not one of the “get rich fast schemes” so, if you are looking for something like that, it’s not going to work for you. It’s not a 100m race, I would prefer to call it a Marathon since you need to study, follow the steps, see what other successful fellow members are doing, go through the questions and answers created by other members, monitor the market and build your own strategy, study (yes again), work on your business(es), study (one more time) … but when you reach the finish line (start getting your first commissions) you will be excited and surprised with what you have created! What you are going to build here is not a castle on a sandy beach, but a solid construction which is going to last for a very long time!
Another thing is that Wealthy Affiliate community is spam free, so if you like spamming people you should reconsider joining. Promoting your Affiliate Links in the community is not going to work and nobody will consider you as a professional and fall into your spammy activity.
The last thing I would like to mention as a negative thing is that there is too much information available (video, courses, blog posts, Q & A, etc) that you need a lot of time to check them all. In my opinion, you will never see them all because more material is available every day and the stuff already there is already way too much.
Who is Wealthy Affiliate University For?

I guess that you can also add a few more, correct?

It really is true, Wealthy Affiliate is the best place to learn internet marketing. There really is no online training quite like it. There are a few that come close, but none that quite hit the same high mark in terms of training and community support.
Hi Marcus and thanks for dropping by!
I agree with you and these are the main characteristics I like in Wealthy Affiliate too. All the things I learned there, I think that’s it’s impossible to find them somewhere else, and yes, the community is amazing!
Thank you for visiting and posting
Gus
Hi Gus, nice overview of the program. If there is one suggestion I have to make, it is that a little more work is needed on what you don’t like about it. The points you made about it not being a quick-rich scheme and the community being spam-free are actually positives, not negatives. Only your last point about there being too much information can be considered a negative.
Good luck and all the best,
Dejoh
Hi Dejoh,
Thanks for visiting and for your comment. The reason why I put these on negatives are because:
1. People are looking for “get quick rich schemes” and this is not for them since they have to change their mentality first.
2. The community is spam free and that ‘s something that won’t be a “positive thing” to those who are professional spammers and the only thing they do is spamming affiliate links everywhere. I know it’s good and all members of Wealthy Affiliate love this characteristic.
3. I didn’t find any other negatives so far. I ‘ll update it when I’ll find more in the future.
Thanks again for your comment and notes! I appreciate your time very much!
Take care
Gus
From my own experience with WA, I’d say you’ve got it just about right. WA is one of the best learning platforms on the web, certainly the most economical, and totally free of hype. Werner
Hi Werner and thank for visiting and for your comment!
I agree with you and I very happy I found and that I am part of WA!
Take care
